Beloved, Holy Week is upon us. We witness Jesus’ arrival at the cross. As I think about how I want to be seen….do I want to be seen as part of the crowd…shouting Crucify, Crucify, Crucify? Or would I rather be seen at the foot of the cross with the one I call Lord? I have physically stood in the crowd when I was mentally at the foot of the cross. I have been at the foot of the cross physically and mentally and spiritually with the crowd. How do I want to be seen? I want to be seen as a follower of Christ, as a Child of God. I want to be seen as a good person. Am I willing to follow Jesus to the cross? Honestly, I don’t know. So many times, it is safer in the crowd. I don’t stand out or get noticed. What I do know, is that I will stand at the empty tomb on Sunday and rejoice! I will be there—physically, mentally, and spiritually! What about you? Much Love, Temple
